Cancellation Policy
The deposit for this service is Non refundable.
No +1's!
If you cancel your appointment later than 72hrs of shoot time you will be charged a cancellation fee of £25 which is payable before any further bookings with AKS.
Reschedules must be given notice 72hrs minimum prior to shoot time.
Please note for 3hr+ content shoot bookings late reschedule notice (72hrs prior) a charge will be applied of £25.
If you reschedule your booking within 72hrs prior to your session, your remaining balance must be paid before securing your new date.
Late arrival to your content shoot booking will either result in a charge to your account or an immediate cancel of the session.
There is a 10 minute grace period.
Between 15-30 minutes late - a fee of £30 will be charged which must be paid before commencing with the shoot.
If you arrive 30 minutes late to your shoot we will cancel the shoot immediately, If your reason for lateness falls under an emergency we can reschedule your slot.
