Cancellation Policy
The Online zoom session services in Non refundable - Reschedule only.
An online recording will be sent to you to study and make notes from when you've booked in (service is offered immediately as you book in hence the non refundable policy) so you gain knowledge prior to meeting with your coach.
This allows session time to be dedicated and directed to your account so you gain all the knowledge and understanding you need for your account.
Expect a split of 50% learning time via recording & 50% learning time via coaching on your account and personal needs.
